Method: Sit on the floor, and stretch the right leg forward. Take hold of the right foot with both hands and, folding the leg at the knee, place the foot on the left thigh. Similarly, fold the left leg and place it one the right thigh. Keep the body erect and place the hands between the heels one over the other. Keep the breathing normal. This is Padmasan. Now take both arms to the back, place right hand and the toes of the right foot with the left hand. Maintain the asan as long as possible. Increase the duration gradually and with ease. Remember to inhale and exhale normally.
