HAIR RINSES
Dark hair 2 drops rosemary 1 drop rosewood 1 drop geranium in 1 litre water
Fair hair 2 drops camomile 1 drop lemon To a 1litre bottle of water, add the drops of essence. Cap and shake well. Essential oils do not dissolve in water, but shaking vigorously will disperse them sufficiently. Shake again prior to pouring the lotion through the hair.

or 3 drops bergamot 1 drop geranium 2 drops sandalwood in 2?3 teaspoons base oil

or 2 drops clary sage I drop rose I drop ylang?ylang in 2?3 teaspoons base oil
or 4 drops clary sage in 2?3 teaspoons base oil
Stretch marks (massage oil) 20 drops lavender 5 drops neroli (optional) in 50ml wheatgerm oil
or 4 drops Lavender I drop neroli in 2?3 teaspoons wheatgerm oil
Constipation (massage Oil) 20 drops marjoram 5 drops rose in 50ml base oil
or 4 drops marjoram I drop rose in 2?3 teaspoons base oil
Antiseptic (room freshener) 6 drops bergamot or lavender in 500ml hot water Several essential oils are antiseptic and the choice of essence will depend on which fragrances are well accepted b the pregnant woman. Choose from any of the following. bergamot, lavender, myrtle clary sage, lemon, orange, geranium, niaouli, eucalyptus, orange blossom, rose, rosemary, rosewood.
